Learn basic concepts of cross country running and have fun!

Capacity: 50 athletes
*Be dressed for activity and bring a water bottle.

North Central College - BW Stadium-Outdoor Track

Learn skills and drills for the one of the following events:
High Jump, Long/Triple Jump, Throws, Hurdles or Sprints
